Your callers keep their phones, their SIMs and their numbers. CRM Bundals sits around the call: it puts the lead in front of the caller before, and makes sure something is written down after.

A lead arrives.
- From an Excel or CSV file, your website form, a webhook, or typed in by hand.
- If that phone number is already a lead, it is not added again.
- It goes to the next caller in turn, so no one has to hand leads out.

The caller taps Call.
- The lead is on the caller’s phone with the last note and what to say.
- One green button. No number to copy, no sheet to scroll.
- Outside your calling hours, or past the daily limit, the button is off.

The phone’s own dialer and SIM make the call.
- The app hands the number to the phone’s dialer. The call goes out from the caller’s own SIM, on their usual number.
- We are not in the call. We do not place it, carry it or hear it.
- The person on the other side sees a normal mobile number.

The app reads the call log.
- When the call ends and the caller comes back to the app, the call is already there.
- Start time, talk time and direction come from the phone. The caller cannot type or change them.
- Only calls with the caller’s own lead numbers are sent. Personal calls are matched and dropped on the phone.

What the phone app does around a call, and where it stops.
What the app does
- Starts the call from the lead’s page in one tap.
- Reads the time and length of that call from the Android call log, with the caller’s permission.
- Refuses “Connected” when the phone shows no talk time, and “No answer” when it shows talk time.
- Turns a missed call from a lead into a call-back follow-up at once.
- Lets the owner or a manager type in a call on the portal. It is marked “Typed in”.
The limits, said plainly
- It does not place or carry calls. There is no auto-dialler, no bulk calling and no cloud number.
- It does not record calls. Android does not let an app do that, so we do not promise it.
- It cannot read the call log on an iPhone. Apple does not let any app do that. The caller app is for Android.
- It does not see personal calls. Numbers that are not the caller’s leads never leave the phone.
- It does not send WhatsApp messages. A saved message opens in the caller’s own WhatsApp and the caller presses send.
The Android app is not on the Play Store yet. It opens together with accounts, very soon. Until then this page shows how it works with the demo company, Disha Career Academy in Surat.
