Calling from your own SIM, one lead at a time
This lesson is for the person holding the phone. The caller app shows who to call next, hands the number to the phone’s own dialer, and asks three things when the call is over.
- Read the Today screen and know who to call first.
- Start a call from the lead’s page on your own SIM.
- Save the outcome, the stage and the next follow-up.
- Check that your phone is set up so calls reach the office.
Step by step
The caller app is for Android. The Android app is not on the Play Store yet. It opens together with accounts. Accounts open very soon. The steps below are the screens as they are built today.
- Log inOpen the caller app and log in with the email and the password your office gave you. The first time, you set your own password.
- Allow the call logThe card Let the app read your call log has one button, Allow call log. After that you never type a call time. Only calls with your leads’ numbers reach the office. Your personal calls stay on the phone.
- Open TodayThe Today tab shows how many calls you have to make, in three counts: Late, Due today and Fresh. The card Next up is the lead to call first.
- Read before you callTap the lead. You see This call, which says what the call is about, the note from the Last call, and What to say for the lead’s stage.
- Tap CallPress the green Call button. Your phone’s own dialer opens and the call goes out on your SIM. If your office’s calling hours are over, or you have reached the daily limit, the button is locked and says why.
- Come back to the appWhen the call ends, come back. The time and length were read from the phone’s call log and you cannot change them. A call that still needs its outcome waits in the To sort tab with the button Tap what happened.
- Save what happenedPick an answer under What happened?, pick the Stage, and choose Next follow-up: In 1 hour, Tomorrow 11 am, In 3 days, or Pick a date. Add a Note. Press Save, or Save and call next to go straight to the next lead.
- Look at MeThe Me tab shows Calls today, Talk time, Won this month and This week’s target. The card This phone checks three things: Call log, Notifications and Battery saver. Language is English, Hindi or Gujarati.

Good habits and common mistakes
- Clear Late before you touch Fresh. The list is already in that order.
- Write the note while the call is still in your head. The next person reads it under Last call.
- Open To sort before you leave for the day. It should say there are no calls waiting.
- Skipping Allow call log. Then every call has to be typed in, and it is marked as typed.
- Picking Connected for a call the phone shows as not picked up. The app does not offer it.
- Closing the app after the call without saving. The call waits in To sort until it has an outcome.
- Leaving a Fix button showing under This phone on the Me tab.
Asked about this lesson
Does the app keep the audio of my calls?
No. CRM Bundals does not record calls. It reads the time and the length from the phone’s call log, and nothing else.
Does it work on an iPhone?
The caller app is made for Android. An iPhone does not let any app read its call log.
Can the office log a call from the portal?
Yes. On a lead’s page the button Log a call opens the same questions, with Minutes and Seconds typed by hand. In the Calls app that call is marked Typed in.
Can the office see my personal calls?
No. The phone app keeps the numbers of your own leads. Calls with any other number are dropped on the phone.
